I enjoy hearing from my readers, and I try to answer all of my email. I hope you'll be patient with me! I do sometimes get behind. Please be aware that I can't be your webmaster, mentor you personally, introduce you to Oprah, or change your cat's diaper. It's not that I'm snooty, it's just that life is short and there are other folks who are much better at doing all of those things than I am. The louts will probably charge you money, but I would too, and I'm afraid my rates are higher than theirs.
