I enjoy hearing from my readers and I do my best to answer my e-mail. Be aware that I get an enormous amount of e-mail and I have many other fans who all want a piece of my time, so I need you to work with me.

I'll answer your question on my blog, and my zillions of blog readers will benefit from your question and my answer.
If you need to talk to me about some private manner, then go right ahead and fill out the form on this page and I'll answer it privately via e-mail as soon as I can. I hope you'll be patient with me! I sometimes get behind. Please be aware that I can't be your webmaster, mentor you personally, introduce you to Oprah, or change your cat's diaper. It's not that I'm snooty, it's just that life is short and there are other folks who are much better at doing all of those things than I am. The louts will probably charge you money, but I would too, and I'm afraid my rates are higher than theirs.
