Randy Ingermanson is America's Mad Professor of Fiction Writing. Randy is the award-winning author of seven novels, holds a Ph.D. in theoretical physics from UC Berkeley, and is the creator of the wildly popular Snowflake method of designing a novel.     Thanks Randy! The e-zine is rapidly on it’s way to replace SPORTS ILLUSTRATED as my favourite magazine. The article on nonverbal communication is certainly great, especially for a dedicated, middle aged sophomore.
